Following the 2021 release and launch of the Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Framework for CS Education, the Kapor Center has partnered with WestEd’s NextGenScience to develop an equity assessment tool for reviewing computer science and science lesson plans and units that will serve students in school communities across the country.

As a part of this work, they are forming a National CS Equity Peer Review Panel that will collaborate with them to develop a series of protocols to assist in the creation and implementation of more culturally responsive practices in computer science and science classrooms.
