Design to Make a Difference (D2MD) is a design/engineering program that combines Maker-Education with altruism in a product-based learning format.

Their goal is to be inclusive, celebrate the thriving Maker-Ed programs of Pittsburgh, and provide opportunities for educators and students looking to improve their practice.  Their mission is to increase STEM Equity by providing access to quality equipment, materials, support, professional development, and a platform to showcase student work.
