Leadership Academy is a space for arts educators looking to shift equity for all learners. Participants will craft an action plan to create new opportunities, gain new insights from brilliant guests, and collaborate within a peer cohort. This is also a great opportunity for participants to grow their network with new mentors, partners, and friends.

In 2021, the Arts Ed Collaborative is bringing in luminaries like LaTrenda Leonard Sherrill, DS Kinsel, and Julie Mallis to help infuse participants’ work with antiracism and cultural responsiveness practices. Arts Ed Collaborative staff will be supportive throughout the school year as participants work to implement their ideas. Participating teachers can receive up to 80 Act 48 credits.

Learn, lead, and make change with Leadership Academy. Applications are open through May 7.
