Mindful Connections is Awaken Pittsburgh’s proprietary program designed to help people create a space for mindfulness and meditation in your own life. They are adapting it to provide tools to deal with the stress and uncertainty during this unprecedented time of physical distancing. Participants will learn tools to help them stay focused and grounded and, in turn, positively impact your relationships with others.
Learn how to:
- Cope with daily stressors
- Become more resilient
- Increase compassion and empathy
- Develop your own regular mindfulness practice
DATES: 9 Mondays 6:30-8:00pm, September 21st – November 16th via Zoom online video conferencing
As social distancing guidelines evolve, Awaken Pittsburgh hopes to schedule a half-day of practice in person in mid-November.
