Calling all organizations, school districts, and educators interested in starting or expanding their computer science efforts!
Remake Learning invites applications for the CSforPGH Mini-Grants, which were created to improve K-12 computer science pedagogy and broaden access to computer science training. Funded by the generous support of BNY Mellon, Remake Learning will award grants of up to $2,000 to expand K-12 computer science education in Allegheny County and the surrounding counties. Educators in all disciplines, especially those with little to no experience in computer science, are encouraged to apply.
Applications may be submitted by individuals or teams. Teachers are welcome to submit more than one application, though it is unlikely that an individual will receive more than one grant. Collaborative applications will not count toward the one award per person maximum.
Grant funds must be used on or before December 1, 2021.
