Gwen’s Girls and the Black Girls Equity Alliance is excited to announce their upcoming 5th Annual Equity Summit & Awards Reception, She Matters: Protecting & Uplifting the Well-Being of Black Girls.

This virtual event will take place on September 24-25th and will feature the voices of young women, researchers, practitioners, and advocates.

In collaboration with a host of partners and sponsors, they will welcome keynote Cyntonia Brown Long, author of Free Cyntonia: My Search for Redemption in the American Prison System.

The two-day virtual experience will also offer presentations in:
