In this research study, Debralyn Woodberry-Shaw (1st year PhD student in the School of Education at the University of Pittsburgh) is exploring compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue in the education field specifically in the community education field.  Complete a survey (bit.ly/cscfsurvey2020) on compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue.  Four names will be chosen at random to each receive $50.

Eligible Participants: all full-time staff, part-time staff, interns, and volunteers in youth serving organizations and schools in Allegheny County (e.g., executive, direct service, managers, human resources, finance, researchers, teachers, paraprofessionals, social workers, nurses, project assistants, principals, troop leaders, mentors, librarians, teaching artists, etc.).  Youth serving organizations include after school, before school, summer, art, weekend, and mentoring programs, libraries, homes, scouts, housing developments, and city departments.  Schools include private, public, preschools, daycares, and religious.
