Steeltown exists to support film and digital media arts in Pittsburgh. Our mission is to create a pathway from education to employment, while developing diverse content creators with training, mentoring, equipment and networking opportunities. Our youth programs teach students around the Pittsburgh area the skills to become digital storytellers, along with supporting Pittsburgh’s local indie filmmakers in creating their projects.
