RedesignED is a one-day power conference designed to spark innovation in instruction and learning.
The conference will welcome keynote speaker Adam Kulaas, Director of Getting Smart. With nearly 20 years in public education, Adam has collaboratively led the delivery of innovative programs that provide a balance between the art and science of leadership for learning. Adam is known as an “innovation accelerator.” He has a passion for collaboratively designing and implementing unique learner-centered opportunities, and prides himself on maximizing the “knowledge in the room.” Quaker Valley School District is excited to bring him to the Pittsburgh area for the first time!
Adam’s keynote session will be followed by several breakout sessions, facilitated by educators from the Pittsburgh area. The breakout sessions will be 40-minute “TED Talk” style presentations designed to ignite thinking about learning in a world of change. These sessions will be interactive and allow for attendee participation. There is no cost to attend this event, but pre-registration is recommended.
