PBL World is a one-of-a-kind, multi-day event for Project Based Learning. Each year, the conference brings together educators – K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, and school and district leaders – who want to begin and advance their Project Based Learning practice, and connect with a community of their peers.
This isn’t one of those conferences organized around short sessions by various presenters. It’s an immersive experience that actively engages participants in deep, focused, real work, in collaboration with peers:
- PBL World workshops are based on the Buck Institute for Education’s Gold Standard PBL model and provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to design, assess, and manage a rigorous, relevant, and standards-based project.
- PBL World workshops are facilitated by the Buck Institute’s expert national faculty and blend of direct instruction, video analysis, and engaging hands-on work, resource sharing, and peer collaboration and feedback.
- PBL World is connects participants with over 1,000 other educators from all over the country and beyond.
PBL can transform students and PBL World is an opportunity for educators to experience how it can transform them, too!
