Through a generous grant from Education Uncontained at Duquesne University, Generation Innovation was founded with the mission of developing the entrepreneurial expertise of students at Nazareth Prep. The student-led leadership team provided competitors with a $50 seed investment to start their own business in February of this year. Over the past three months, competitors have met with the leadership team on a weekly basis to hone their small business savvy through innovative learning opportunities. In this final showcase, student competitors will demonstrate how they’ve utilized their $50 investment to kick-start their business venture. Attendees also get to hear from the leadership team about how they developed this program and how they hope to expand this opportunity to future generations of innovators. Which entrepreneur will impress the sharks with their growth over the past three months? Join students and members of the business community to find out!
