The Wheeling Arts & Culture Fest is a combination of The Arts Fest and the Upper Ohio Valley Multi-Cultural Festival in order to provide comprehensive arts & culture programming to the Ohio Valley region/northern WV. Although there is not a festival set for this year, the Arts and Culture Commission is hosting this open focus group discussion to re-imagine and gain perspectives on improving attendance and participation for future festivals.
Topics include:
- Re-imagining Arts Fest: What is it? What should it be?
- The Nitty Gritty of Arts Fest: Date, Location, Logistics
- Transforming vision to action: Making Arts Fest 2020 happen
