The guiding purpose of the training is to go one step beyond “cultural competence” and strengthen practices of those who mentor young Black and Latino men and boys, incorporating voices from practitioners and researchers.

Please note that participants must attend both sessions.  Dinner will be served on Friday and breakfast and lunch will be served on Saturday.  Mentors or program staff who have earned their Quality Coaching Badge within the last three years are invited to attend at no cost.
