At this collaborative and interactive conference, attendees will discuss specific strategies on how to implement personalized learning and how to move from “pockets of innovation” to scale.

This full day event will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the TransformEd West facility in the Montour High School. The session is intended for district and building leadership teams as well as instructional leaders and coaches. Thanks to the generous support of The Grable Foundation, the Personalized Learning Leadership Conference is free for southwestern PA educators to to attend!

The agenda will include nationally known speakers as well as innovative educators from across southwestern Pennsylvania. This will be a collaborative and interactive workshop with your peers to discuss specific strategies on how to implement personalized learning.

• Keynote Speaker (AM): Dr. Shawn K. Smith, founder of Modern Teacher and author of, “The New Agenda, Achieving Personalized Learning Through Digital Convergence“.
• Keynote Speaker (PM): Dr. Bena Kallick, co-director of the Institute for Habits of the Mind and program director for Eduplanet21. Bena is also the co-author, with Allison Zmuda, of “Students at the Center, Personalized Learning with Habits of Mind“.
