The Consortium for Public Education will present its annual Champions of Learning Awards to winners in five categories with a total of 15 finalists at an evening celebration on Saturday, April 7 at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center.

Members of Remake Learning among the honorees are Sarah Tambucci, former Director of the Arts Education Collaborative, who is receiving a Special Tribute, Elizabeth Forward School District Superintendent Bart Rocco, who is a finalist in the Leadership category, and Attack Theater, which is a finalist in the Arts category.

The event is an Academy Awards-style ceremony, emceed by another Remake Learning member, the inimitable Don Marinelli, PhD, who co-founded Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center.

The celebration begins at 5:30 pm with networking over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, red-carpet photo ops, basket raffles and more!
