The Fusion Program Coordinator is responsible for management and quality assurance of all aspects of Fusion, Center of Life’s (COL) academic after-school program and Voices, the academic summer program. Fusion exists within a broader comprehensive approach to engaging families, public and private schools, and service providers to ensure that all students enrolled reach their highest potential. The Program Coordinator is responsible for setting the curriculum and managing all aspects of program delivery including supervision of all students and families enrolled in the program, tutors, and volunteers. The Program Coordinator is responsible for creating an engaging, innovate, and above all else, an academic atmosphere that promotes discovery of students’ natural aptitudes and leverages such aptitude toward broad academic success. The Program Coordinator supports compliance with all delivery of services to the educational, ethical, and legal standards as well as the core values and mission of COL.
