All students have internal capabilities for intelligence and excellence, it is up to us as adults to cultivate and grow these capabilities. Pittsburgh Public Schools has engaged The Efficacy Institute to provide support and training for staff encouraging students to engage in hard and effective work for overall success. James Doyle from Pittsburgh Public Schools will provide an overview of the Efficacy framework and how it can apply to the work of out-of-school time programs.
