This new position will work with staff to implement educational programming and will be responsible for logistical program coordination, maintaining and seeking new education partnerships and opportunities, and marketing educational programs. This position reports to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement.

The Conservancy is seeking candidates with a degree in Education or a related field with prior experience as an educator preferred and a background in environmental sciences and/or conservation. Must have the ability to implement educational programs, including logistical planning, recordkeeping, and evaluation.  The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to seek out opportunities for educational programming and build strong partnerships with schools and other nonprofit organizations.

This is a part-time position (approximately 1000 hours per year), offering a competitive hourly wage and pension participation.
