Jaineil Mattox

I’m Jaineil Mattox, born and raised in Pittsburgh’s Hill District. I graduated from Schenley High School and continued my education at Penn State University before transferring to Carlow College. After college, I found my passion for helping others and giving back to my community by working with children and building a community garden. Professionally, I lead The Children of She, an organization I founded in 2018 to address community needs and promote a compassionate society. My role involves running programs like the Entrepreneurial Summer Workshop, which focuses on mentoring and educating children. My goals include expanding the reach of my organization and creating more opportunities for youth in underserved areas. I’m passionate about environmental conservation, animal welfare, and promoting healthy living. Through The Children of She, I actively contribute to Remake Learning by enhancing educational opportunities and fostering growth in young people across Pittsburgh.
