Teaching youth the fundamentals of customer service through paid experiential learning opportunities

Goodwill of Southwestern PA’s GoodBadge Customer Service Training Program empowers youth to earn digital badges to show potential employers their competencies in various customer service functions. Youth learn skills through on-the-job experiential learning opportunities by greeting and assisting real customers in retail stores while participating in training that helps develop essential customer service skills that can transfer to jobs in any field.

This program is part of Pittsburgh City of Learning, an initiative of The Sprout Fund. Learn more at the launch event on June 10th.
