Lauren Rose is a technology and innovation coach at the Montour School District, who works with teachers and students in Kindergarten through twelfth grade. She holds professional development trainings for staff and students and co-teaches when implementing technology in the classroom.
Lauren Rose has been a teacher in the Montour School District for ten years. Lauren was the district-wide gifted facilitator for four years and a learning support teacher at the elementary level for five years prior to taking on the role of technology coach. Lauren holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Point Park University, special education certification and M.Ed in Instructional Technology with Specialist Certification from Waynesburg University. Most recently Lauren was recognized as a Champion of Change for her work with teaching students the Digital Citizenship Curriculum from Common Sense Education. Lauren is also a Common Sense Certified Educator and has her Level 1 Google Educator Certification.
