Providing a welcoming, vibrant place for kids & teens to play, learn, and belong

As the manager of children’s and teen services at CLP – Squirrel Hill, Megan Fogt supervises, hires, trains and supports a team of librarians and library assistants who provide services to children and teens as well as their families and the adults who work with children and teens.  Megan has been at CLP – Squirrel Hill for over 10 years and enjoys working with an amazing team to provide a welcoming, vibrant, and interesting place for kids and teens to play, learn, and belong.  Whether we are providing “stroller parking” for the 20 strollers that have transported excited toddlers to Storytime or learning with teens how to create art using LEDs and conductive paint, we are always exploring how we can support our community in literacy and learning.  Megan first became involved with the Sprout Fund as a member of the Spark decision-making committee.
