Do you know a teen who’s ready to have their voice heard? They can apply to be a part of the new Teen Advisory Council at Carnegie Museum of Art.

As a member of the program, teens get access behind the scenes to create and shape new programs and events, work with museum staff on upcoming projects, and direct CMOA’s youth social media. All members of Advisory Council will receive free admission to the museum and free or discounted admission to events and other workshops.

No need to be an artist—just bring an open mind.

The Teen Advisory Council will bring together 10–15 young people with wide-ranging experiences for conversations around art and the most important issues to youth today. Applications are due August 1, 2017. Teens that submit applications by July 19th will receive a pair of free tickets to CMOA’s Summer Break, July 22.

This program will meet every Thursday starting August 24, 4–6 p.m.
