Achieving the Dream
Achieving the Dream

Policy-makers, thought leaders, and practitioners share student-success strategies.

DREAM 2017 is the annual conference of Achieving the Dream’s Network colleges, who join more than 1,900 of the nation’s thought-leaders, policy-makers, investors, and practitioners dedicated to helping more community college students succeed.

Attendees will hear how the nation’s top leaders are tackling the challenges of increasing student success, increasing capacity for data analysis, program evaluation, and student-centered, data-informed decision making. They will have opportunities to share their own work and experience in hundreds of concurrent sessions and workshops, and will meet informally with colleagues and speakers in receptions and other special events.

Areas of focus are based on Achieving the Dream’s Institutional Capacity Framework, a foundational part of the institutional improvement model:

1.    Leadership & Vision
2.    Data & Technology
3.    Equity
4.    Teaching & Learning
5.    Engagement & Communication
6.    Strategy & Planning
7.    Policies & Practices
